Yes. Our teams arrive with the equipment and safe, approved products each job needs. If your site requires particular products, we can use those instead.

Yes. Every team member is trained on our methods, product use and site safety before being assigned, and supervisors carry out regular checks on contract sites.

Price depends on the size and type of property, the scope of work, how often we visit and when the work is done. One-off jobs are usually quoted at a fixed price, while regular contracts are priced per month.

Yes. Quotes are free and without obligation. For contracts and larger jobs we visit the site first, so the price reflects the real scope of work.

Yes. We work seven days a week and can schedule early-morning, evening or weekend shifts, so cleaning doesn't disrupt your staff, tenants or customers.

One-off cleans can often be booked within a few days, subject to availability. Regular contracts usually start after a site visit and agreement on scope and schedule.

Yes. Visits can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may carry a charge, as set out in your quotation.

We cover Dubai, including Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Deira, Bur Dubai, Jumeirah and Mirdif, with Sharjah and Ajman covered by arrangement.

Our teams are based in Dubai. Sites in Sharjah and Ajman can be covered by arrangement, particularly for regular contracts and larger one-off jobs.

We accept bank transfer, card and cash. The payment method and terms for your job are confirmed on your written quotation.

Contracts are invoiced monthly, with a clear breakdown of the visits and periodic tasks completed. One-off jobs are invoiced on completion unless agreed otherwise.
