Every visit follows a checklist agreed in advance, so owners, tenants and property managers know exactly what is covered. Weekly, fortnightly and one-off visits are available, and each team arrives with its own equipment and safe, approved products.

No. Many clients arrange a key or access-card handover. We agree access in advance and confirm when the team has finished and locked up.
