Regular Cleaning Contracts
A regular cleaning contract replaces ad hoc bookings with a planned programme. We agree the scope, visit frequency and timings with you, assign a trained team, and arrange cover for leave and absences, so your premises stay clean without you having to chase anyone.
Contracts can combine daily or weekly cleaning with periodic tasks such as deep cleaning, carpet care, floor polishing and window cleaning. One-time cleans are always available when you need them, but for most offices and managed buildings a regular contract is simpler to run and easier to budget.

What is the difference between a one-time clean and a regular contract?
A one-time clean is booked and priced as a single job. A regular contract sets a recurring schedule, fixed scope and monthly price, with cover, supervision and periodic tasks built in.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Terms are agreed with each client. Many start with a short initial period and extend once the scope and schedule have settled.
Can we change the scope during the contract?
Yes. Tasks and frequencies can be adjusted as your needs change, and any price change is confirmed in writing before it applies.
What happens when our regular cleaner is on leave?
We arrange trained cover so visits continue as scheduled, and brief the replacement on your site's checklist.
