Can you work to a tight handover date?
Where availability allows, yes. Book as early as you can and share the handover time so we can size the team to suit.
Will a move-out clean guarantee my deposit is returned?
We can't guarantee a landlord's decision, but a thorough move-out clean addresses the cleaning points most often raised at check-out inspections.
Do you work directly with landlords and agents?
Yes. We handle repeat turnovers for landlords, agents and property managers, with access and invoicing arranged directly with them.
