Fit-outs and renovations leave fine dust on every surface, along with paint spots, adhesive, plaster residue and protective films. Our post-construction cleaning takes a newly finished space from site condition to handover-ready, working from high-level dusting down to the floors.
We work with contractors, fit-out companies, developers and owners on offices, retail units, villas and apartments. Cleans can be phased, with a rough clean once trades finish and a final clean before inspection, and timed around snagging and handover dates.

When should post-construction cleaning be booked?
Once major works are complete and trades are finishing. We can schedule a rough clean first, then a final clean close to handover.
Do you remove construction waste?
We clear light debris and packaging to designated waste points on site. Bulk construction waste is normally removed by the contractor.
Can you work to a fixed handover date?
Yes. Share the programme early and we'll plan team size and phasing to meet it, subject to site access.
Do you clean after smaller renovations?
Yes. We clean after single-room renovations and minor works as well as full fit-outs and new builds.
